Herriman Herriman is a city located in the southwest part of Salt Lake County. The population was 1,523 in 2000. The city, although not entirely new, has exploded in population during the last five years. The city was incorporated on June 17, 1999 and by 2005 the estimated population had already reached 11,226. Between 2000 and 2005, Herriman soared from being the 111th-largest incorporated place in Utah to the 41st-largest.
